nálægt Grand Lake, Colorado (United States)

The trailhead for this gorgeous loop-hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park is easy accessible at the outskirts of Grand Lake. A pleasant hike through the woods will take you up to the Cascade Falls, then the trail slowly ascends up to the Flattop Mountains. The views from the plateau is absolutely stunning. You’ll stay up high for a while before the trail drops you down to the Big Meadows. On the way down the trail passes the beautiful Granite Falls. The last stretch back to Grand Lake pretty much follows the Tonahutu Creek all the way down to Grand Lake. If you don’t want to do this hike as a day hike, there are several campgrounds on this loop (not tagged here as camping in the Rocky Mountain National Park requires a backcountry permit, and you will have to plan this in advance)
